  With 970 million people living in 1.2 million square miles of land, India has approximately three times the population of the U.S. living in one-third of the area. There are 3,000 Tribes & people groups, 631,149 villages. 83% of total population lives in villages, 25% of the world's un-reached people groups live in India. There are 225 languages and the complete Bible is translated only into 46 of these languages. The biggest democracy in the world. There are 19 main religions, and 20,000 castes and sub castes. There are 5,50,000 villages that has no Christian witness. India is still open for the Gospel.

   

Pastor Drakshavali is a Pastor and overseer of Sarah's Children's Home. He is located in the city of Ambedkar Nagar.  

We started the  Home by faith and according to the word in God. I am an orphan. When I was six months boy I lost my father. We are three in our family one brother, one sister and me. My widow mother not able to feed and clothes for us properly. She went to carry the bricks and suffered much to feed us. My brother and sister did not study anything but my mother made me to study because I am the last one in my family. She begged in the streets and requested many people to pay my school fees. I too was begging in streets and did labor works in my small age for my studies. I know well about the sufferings of an orphan and widow and that is why I have a burden for the orphans.
